QWERTY keyboard actually is made for us to do our typing slow .. may be you all wanted to change the keyboard layout to DVORAK keyboard layout and then you will may be type a bit faster than the traditional keyboard (refer to DVORAK)
Here i found a site that will enable us to change the layout of the keyboard to the one that we can predefine it ... May be it will be cool cos rather than we buy a DVORAK keyboard you can change the layout of the keyboard by changing the application part..
